This gluten free low FODMAP pizza base really is as authentic as it gets, being made in Italy. From the Schar oven to yours, it couldn't be more simple - just add your favourite low FODMAP toppings, bake and enjoy a home cooked gluten and wheat free pizza.

These pizza bases are make with gluten free flours, making them a fructan-free alternative for those with tummy troubles, who still want their pizza and to eat it too!

Two pizza bases per packet, individually wrapped for freshness.

Serving size: Each 150g pizza base is low FODMAP, 2 bases per 300g pack.

Ingredients: Water, maize starch, potato starch, rice flour, sunflower oil, rice starch, rice syrup, dextrose, thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, guar gum; apple fibre, yeast, salt, acids: tartaric acid. May contain traces of soya.
