A sweet tangy citrus based soy sauce commonly used in Japanese cooking, its fresh uplifting flavour enhances grilled meat or seafood.

Chang’s Ponzu Sauce is perfect as a salad dressing on its own or with a little oil or mirin. 
Also great with sushi. 

Serving size: A 20ml serve is low FODMAP, 7.5 serves per 150ml bottle

Ingredients: Citron juice, Sugar, Water, Natural Brewed Soy Sauce (Soy Bean, Water, Salt, Wheat Flour), Rice Vinegar, Rice White Wine, Corn Starch, Spices.

Gluten and nut free.
